My journey into downsizing began during my real estate career when I noticed something important: I was spending more time helping clients prepare their homes for sale than actually selling them.
Families were struggling with decades of belongings, feeling overwhelmed by decisions, and often delaying their moves because the process felt impossible. Many had no local family support, health limitations, were simultaneously managing the loss of a loved one, or simply didn’t know where to start.
